Have you ever written out your perfect day?
I do this four times a year. It’s so much fun to do and it helps you figure out what your soul really craves.
I love to live my life in flow with the seasons.
I wake up at sunrise so my winter days are different from my summer days. I like to spend time outside every day but in winters that’s usually an hour or so, while in the summer I spend almost the entire day outside, even working with my clients.
So now I’m writing out my perfect day in spring.
And I recommend you to do the same. Sit down with a pen and paper and imagine your perfect spring day.
Where do you wake up, who’s with you, what are you having for breakfast, what do you do today, who will you meet today, how do you feel, how does the day end?
Really get into the details. Feel what your soul craves.
And when you’re done, read it.
Did you something come up you never considered before?
Are you living your perfect day every day?
If not, what can you do to make it your reality?
Anything is possible.
No matter how small the steps, take steps in the direction you want to go. Stay on your path and eventually you will get there.
Keep your focus!
